Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours.

RewardPort or its owned and operated sites accepts returns for any reason within 24 hours of the shipment delivered by courier and logistic partner in case of damage product. Breakage: We make every effort to deliver fragile items safely, but occasionally breakage does occur. Please call or email us right away if your item is damaged in shipment. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and ship you a replacement right away. Please retain the broken item and all it’s packaging within stipulated time per mail correspondence with mystarsreward.com support staff within one week.

 

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement –

• Damages due to misuse of product;
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers;
• Digital products and services (Flyte music downloads);
• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
